The TianLong Diarrhea Virus (5 Viruses) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of diarrhea viruses nucleic acid by Real-time (reverse transcription) Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR/RT-PCR) method.
Intended use:
The TianLong Diarrhea Virus (5 Viruses) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of diarrhea viruses nucleic acid by Real-time (reverse transcription) Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR/RT-PCR) method.
The test is designed to detect RNA from Norovirus, Rotavirus, Astrovirus, Sapovirus and DNA from Adenovirus in specimens such as rectal swabs or stool samples collected from individual personnel based on clinical and/or epidemiological criteria.
Results from the test are for the identification of RNA from Norovirus, Rotavirus, Astrovirus, Sapovirus and DNA from Adenovirus existence in samples tested. The Norovirus, Rotavirus, Astrovirus, Sapovirus RNA and Adenovirus DNA are mostly often detectable in rectal swabs or stool samples collected during the acute phase of infection.
