The TianLong Human HLA-B*1502 Gene Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of HLA-B*1502 gene nucleic acid by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time RT-PCR) method.


The test is designed to detect the HLA-B*1502 gene in the genomic DNA of human peripheral blood samples. Positive test results are indicative of the presence of the HLA-B*1502 gene DNA; whereas clinical correlation with patient history and other diagnostic information is necessary for the determination of patient status. Negative test results from the test do not completely preclude the HLA-B*1502 gene and should not be used as the sole basis for patient management decisions.
